How long will delivery take?
Please Note:
• Working Days are Monday to Friday. This excludes public holidays/bank holidays and weekends.
• Place your order by 4 pm from Sunday to Friday for next day delivery.
• Orders placed after 4 pm on Friday until 4 pm on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
• While we will make every effort to meet the delivery times mentioned earlier, please note that certain factors beyond our control may affect delivery, and therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery within the specified time frame.
What exactly happens after ordering?

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?
6.1 Payment online. The payment methods on the website are made available payment service providers (e.g. credit card, payment in installments, PayPal). Our payment service providers collect and receive payment made by the Buyers on behalf of the Sellers. Then, the amount collected will be released to the Sellers under the conditions agreed upon between Us and the Sellers. The security of the transaction is ensured by our payment partners. 6.2 Promotional or discount codes. When purchasing Product(s) on the website, the User can use a discount or promotional code. Unless otherwise specified, these codes are valid for all Product(s) offered for sale on the website until the code’s expiration date. Unless otherwise specified, (i) codes cannot be combined, (ii) codes cannot be applied to shipping fees, (iii) codes are neither exchangeable nor refundable (i.e., if the order paid for using a code is refunded, the code may not be used again) unless the order is canceled by the Seller due to unavailability of the Product(s) ordered, (iv) codes having a monetary value must only be used once and only for an order with a total amount greater than the value of the code, (v) codes cannot be retroactively used for an order already placed by the Buyer and (vi) codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
What is wishlist?
It means a description of a Product, as provided by the Seller and the buyer wishes to buy it when its available.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Return window & eligibility
Unwanted purchases made between 1st November and 24th December 2025 can be returned up until 31st January 2026. Simply return them in the condition they were sold in. This promotion is in addition to your statutory return rights.
- Go to Your Account Page and log in.
- Select Orders and choose the order you wish to return.
- Click on Contact us — this will open a message form linked to your order.
- In the message box, explain the reason for return and describe the condition of the item.
- Submit the form — our team will review your request and email you with return instructions.
Shipping your return: Use a tracked courier and keep proof of postage. If the item is not faulty, return postage is paid by the customer.
Refunds
- We’ll email you when we receive and inspect the item.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–5 working days; some banks can take up to 30 days.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once the order has been placed it can be cancelled if the order hasn't been dispatched, but your order cannot be changed for a different item, we will have to cancel your order and issue a refund.
What is "package tracking" in my orders?
We will email your tracking number and with which shipping company your order has been shipped with once your order has been dispatched.
